Your account data is stored securely on our server with encrypted connections. Quote data you generate is stored on our server only when you are on a paid plan. We do not sell your data to any third parties.

4. Cookies

We use HTTP-only session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. No third-party scripts are loaded except PayPal's JS SDK on the pricing page.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by PayPal, a certified PCI-DSS compliant provider. We never see or store your card details. Transaction IDs are stored for billing records only.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost 12) and never stored in plain text. Session tokens are bound to IP addresses and expire automatically.

CleanQuote Pro is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will notify registered users of material changes to this Privacy Policy via email. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
