Welcome to CleanQuote Pro. By accessing or using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CleanQuote Pro, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

CleanQuote Pro is a web-based quoting tool designed for cleaning service businesses. It allows users to calculate, generate, and export professional cleaning service quotes in PDF format.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not share your account credentials with third parties.
• One subscription is valid for one business entity only.

4. Subscription & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or as agreed at time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Paddle).
• Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

5. Pay-Per-Use Credits

Credits purchased under the Pay-Per-Use plan are non-refundable but do not expire. Each credit allows one clean PDF export.

6. Intellectual Property

CleanQuote Pro and all associated software, design, and content are the exclusive property of the developer. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the software without written permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Reverse engineering or decompiling the software
• Using the service for any unlawful purpose
• Sharing login credentials or license keys
• Attempting to circumvent billing or license restrictions

8. Limitation of Liability

CleanQuote Pro is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
