Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with CleanQuote Pro. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

1. Monthly Subscriptions — 7-Day Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date
• This applies to first-time purchases only
• Renewal charges are not eligible for this guarantee

2. Renewal Charges

Monthly renewal charges are generally non-refundable. However, if you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

3. Pay-Per-Use Credits

Credits are non-refundable once purchased, as they do not expire and retain their full value indefinitely. Think of them as a prepaid balance that never goes to waste.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

• Include your account email and purchase date
• We will respond within 1–2 business days
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via PayPal

5. Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges immediately. You retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds if we have evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases followed by immediate refund requests).

7. Technical Issues

If a technical issue on our end prevents you from using the service, we will either resolve the issue promptly or issue a prorated refund for the affected period.
