We want you to be completely satisfied with CleanQuote Pro. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
Monthly renewal charges are generally non-refundable. However, if you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Credits are non-refundable once purchased, as they do not expire and retain their full value indefinitely.
To request a refund:
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges immediately. You retain access to the full features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if we have evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds).
If a technical issue on our end prevents you from using the service, we will either resolve the issue promptly or issue a prorated refund for the affected period.
